By placing an order, you agree to the following terms of service.

The artist reserves the right to decline a commission for any reason.
References in text or image form must be provided of all major elements of the piece. The artist will not accept AI-generated reference, and knowingly providing AI-generated reference will result in being blacklisted.
A sketch will be provided for approval; additional works in progress are available upon request.PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
Payment will be issued in full in USD through a payment method agreed upon by both parties.
If needed, the client may request a payment plan of half before work begins and half before receiving the final piece.
Refunds may be issued in full or in part by discretion of either the artist or the client. Before sketch approval, any refund will be in full; after sketch approval, refunds will be 50% of the total value. After lineart is completed, sales are final.
After the sketch is approved, major edits that require remaking the sketch will cost an additional 20% of the initial total.
Any additional fees are to be given before work continues.USAGE
Client and artist will agree upfront on intended use of final results. Unless otherwise negotiated, all products will be used solely for personal or social use, such as for roleplay group assets or social causes.
Commissioned illustrations for commercial gain will require an extra 70% payment. The artist reserves the right to rescind commercial rights for any reason if there is reason to believe the product is being used in ways that violate terms of service, and client will receive a 50% refund.
All character designs may be used commercially, unless requested beforehand otherwise.
Use for icons, headers, or similar use is permitted with credit. The client alone has permission to repost the final piece with credit.
When using assets for roleplay groups or similar social means, credit must be in an accessible place within the server or platform.
