By placing an order, you agree to the following terms of service.
Failure to comply will result in the client being blacklisted from future services.

The artist reserves the right to decline a commission for any reason.
Reference in text or image form must be provided for all major visual elements. The artist will not accept AI-generated reference, and it is the client's responsibility to ensure legitimacy of all reference material.
A sketch will be provided for approval; additional works in progress are available upon request.
A limited number of free revisions are available; further revisions may require additional billing.SUBJECT MATTER
Artist will not draw sexually suggestive or explicit material without confirmation of age.
Artist will not draw anything promoting hatred or discrimination to any protected class.
Mecha/robotic and non-humanoid design elements may require a 20% upcharge.PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
Payments totaling $80 or less will be paid upfront.
Payment plans are available for commissions totaling over $80, with at least half paid upfront and the other half before receiving the final work.
Client may cancel the commission at any reason and request a refund before sketch approval. After sketch is approved, all payments are final.
Artist may cancel the commission for any reason and provide full or partial refund depending on work completed. After lineart is approved, all payments are final.
Any additional fees will be disclosed and paid before work continues.USAGE
Artist and client will agree upfront on intended use of final results. Unless otherwise negotiated, all products are to be solely used for personal or social use.
Commercial use rights will require an additional 70% payment. The artist may rescind commercial rights at any time, with a 50% refund granted to the client.
The artist retains all rights to the copyright of the work, regardless of usage rights. Purchase of copyright will require an additional 250% payment.
All custom character designs may be used commercially unless negotiated otherwise.
Use for icons, headers, or similar use is allowed with credit. The client alone has permission to repost the final piece with credit.
The artist may use the final product in their portfolio and as examples for future work.
